Veg Hakka Noodles
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
Hakka noodles – 3 cup
Pepper/ Capsicum – ½
each of green and red
Carrot – 2 small
Garlic cloves – 5,
chopped
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp (
or as required)
Chilli sauce – 3 tbsp
( depending on spice level)
Oyster sauce – ¼ tsp (optional)
Spring onion – 2
spring, chopped
Sesame oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
First boil the hakka
noodles with a little oil and once cooked drain all the water. Now in a pan add
oil, once hot add the garlic, spring onions sauté for 2 min tell you get a nice
garlic aroma. Now add the peppers and carrot and sauté for 5 to 6 min. add all
the sauces and mix well. Now mix the noodle well and sauté till it is all
blended well. Serve hot along with chilli chicken/Paneer.
