Methi Paratha / Roti
Ingredients:
Atta (Wheat flour) – 2 cups
Methi (Fenugreek) leaves – 1 cup, chopped fine
Garlic pods – 4 to 5, chopped
Green Chili – 2, chopped
Oil/ Ghee
Water – About a cup
Salt to taste

Method:
Chop the Methi leaves, garlic pods and green chili and set aside. Now add the atta in a mixing bowl , add the chopped ingredients, salt and about 1 to 2 tsp oil. Mix everything together first now add water little by little and knead the dough well. If it is too sticky add a little more atta and mix to form a soft dough and set aside for an hour. Now make medium round balls and roll the dough to make chapatis. Heat the pan and add the methi roti or paratha and cook till brown, add a little oil or ghee. Serve methi roti/ paratha hot with yogurt. Makes about 8 paratha/roti

Note: I used the roti maker instead of the rolling method.
