Lamb Cutlet



Serves - 3- 4

Ingredients:

Lamb – ½ pound (minced)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Green chili – 1 ( chopped very small)
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp ( ground)
Egg – 1
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:

Mix the ginger garlic paste, masala, chili, pepper and salt with the lamb and mix it well. Add the egg and mix all the ingredients well till the egg is incorporated well with lamb. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Now make small balls and flatten it in the shape of cutlet. Heat oil in the pan and shallow fry the cutlet till both sides are dark. Add a little lime juice over the cutlet ( optional). Serve with ketchup, mint chutney, or sour cream.

NOTE: You can store the extra cutlet for another day by spreading them on a plate and then freezing them. Once it is frozen you can put them in a bag and use it whenever.
