Chilli Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken breast – 1 or 2, cubed
Capsicum – ½ green, cubed
Onion – ¼, cubed
Garlic cloves – 5 to 6, chopped
Dry red chilli – 4 to 5, broken
Spring onions – 1 spring, chopped
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp.
Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp.
Oyster sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
Sesame oil – 2 – 3 tbsp.
Method:
In a pan add oil, once hot add the garlic, red chilies and spring onions. Sauté for a min, now add the pepper and onions and sauté for 3 to 4 min. Add all the sauces and mix everything well till chicken is cooked. If the sauce gets stuck on the bottom sprinkle little water and cook.
Note: I have not added any salt because the soya sauce itself is salty. You may add paneer instead of chicken
