Chicken Sandwich




Serves – 1 – 2

Ingredients:
Bread – 4 slices
Shredded chicken – 1 can
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce – 1 tsp
Oil

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, once hot add the shredded chicken and cook for about 4 – 5 min , keep stirring so it does not stick to the pan. Once done, shift it to a bowl, add the mayonnaise and Sriracha hot sauce and mix well. Spread it on the bread. Voila! Your sandwich is ready.

Going for a road trip or planned a picnic? This is a very easy, quick and yum recipe to make and take.

My mom used to make something similar for me and my brother, when we were kids. But I added the chili sauce for a little spice. You can make this for kids too by switching the chili sauce for ½ tsp of pepper (this is how mom made it for us :) ). For the chicken you can also use 1 chicken breast by cooking it in water first and then shredding it ( you can skip the cooking in oil if you are using chicken breast).

Tip:
You can also substitute the meat for tuna (I use tuna that comes in a tin), Follow the same procedure, but also add half chopped onion and 1 green chili chopped and saute this with the tuna adding a pinch of crushed peppercorns.
