Grilled chicken and Pasta Salad
For Grilled Chicken
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh – 2
Tumeric powder – ½ tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Tumeric powder – ½ tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Tandoori Masala – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the masala’s together and mix it well with the chicken and marinate overnight. Then put the chicken in a baking dish and put in the oven for about 40 min (after 20min turn and cook for another 20 min) or till chicken is done. Squeeze a little lime juice (optional) over the chicken. Serve with mint chutney along with some pasta salad.
For Pasta Salad
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
Pasta – 1 cup (any of your choice, wheat will also do for healthier option)
Capsicum (Pepper) – ½ (any color of your choice), chopped
Onion – ¼ large, chopped
Pepper corn (crushed) – ½ tsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. (I used low fat mayo)
Salt - a pinch for pasta
Oil
Capsicum (Pepper) – ½ (any color of your choice), chopped
Onion – ¼ large, chopped

Method:
Boil water and add the pasta add a little oil so that the pasta dont stick to each other and a pinch of salt, cook for about 11 min. Now drain all the water from the pasta and keep aside. Chop the onion and pepper and add it to a dish. Add the mayo and pepper and mix well. Now add the pasta and mix all the ingredients together. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
